Puede adquirir m\u00e1s cantidad o probar m\u00e1s productos,<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Compra m\u00e1s a menudo<ul><li>Repite la compra pero con m\u00e1s frecuencia, ya sea para uso personal, presente, o demostraci\u00f3n. Es por ello que es fundamental llevar el registro de lo que consume cada cliente y cuanto es lo que gasta, para observar su conducta si ocurren bajas y conocer el por que.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Te recomienda<ul><li>La base de medici\u00f3n de la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente est\u00e1 en la recomendaci\u00f3n del servicio. Al ser recomendado tus ventas crecen y te dan la oportunidad de darte a conocer con posibles cliente de forma gratis.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Es fiel <ul><li>Un cliente satisfecho resiste a la aparici\u00f3n de la competencia, sus promociones y se re\u00fasa a probar nuevos productos.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-beneficios-de-la-satisfacci-n\">Beneficios de la satisfacci\u00f3n <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Evita la p\u00e9rdida de clientes.\u00a0<\/strong>Recuerda esto: la mayor\u00eda de los clientes no abandona tu marca o negocio por los precios, sino por un\u00a0mal servicio al cliente. Al trabajar la satisfacci\u00f3n y hacer un seguimiento podr\u00e1s hacer mejoras en la calidad de la experiencia que ofreces.<\/li><li><strong>Es un indicador de la intenci\u00f3n de compra<\/strong>. Podr\u00e1s intuir c\u00f3mo es la\u00a0experiencia de compra\u00a0y saber cu\u00e1les son las probabilidades de que un cliente haga una compra a futuro.<\/li><li><strong>Incrementa el ciclo de vida del cliente<\/strong>. Cuando los clientes est\u00e1n satisfechos regresan una y otra vez a comprar. Esto no solo mejora las ganancias del negocio, sino que adem\u00e1s aumenta el\u00a0ciclo de vida del cliente.<\/li><li><strong>Genera referencias positivas<\/strong>. Los consumidores satisfechos\u00a0recomiendan una marca\u00a0a sus amigos, familiares o colegas. En cambio, si no lo est\u00e1n, tambi\u00e9n lo contar\u00e1n, pero no ser\u00e1 beneficioso para tu negocio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-formas-de-medir-la-satisfacci-n\">Formas de medir la satisfacci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encuestas <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una gran estrategia para\u00a0<strong>medir si el cliente tuvo una experiencia positiva o negativa\u00a0<\/strong>es mediante\u00a0encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n, un excelente recurso para conocer a los consumidores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es considerada una herramienta poderosa porque puedes conocer informaci\u00f3n precisa, ya que los clientes responden exactamente lo que les preguntas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debes de enfocar las\u00a0<strong>preguntas hacia temas relevantes\u00a0<\/strong>como la experiencia de compra o la capacidad que tienen tus productos o servicios para solucionar las necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasa de abandono <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Es el porcentaje de personas que dejaron de utilizar tus productos o servicios en un per\u00edodo de tiempo determinado.<\/strong> Perder clientes\u00a0es normal; le pasa incluso a las grandes empresas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo importante es que esa cantidad no sea significativa. Si analizas la tasa de abandono y esta es alta, significa que estos no est\u00e1n satisfechos con lo que ofrece tu marca o negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escucha social<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00eda el rastreo de menciones por las redes sociales.
