Comencemos con que Su raz\u00f3n de ser va m\u00e1s all\u00e1, debido a que es la encargada de crear deseos y detectar necesidades en el ser humano para satisfacerlas por medio de un producto y\/o servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Alberto Sangri Coral autor del libro&nbsp;Introducci\u00f3n a la mercadotecnia&nbsp;nos dice que&nbsp;\u201cA partir de 1935 se introdujo el marketing en M\u00e9xico\u201d.&nbsp;Desde entonces se ha ido reinventando d\u00eda con d\u00eda para llegar a las 3 fases del marketing que existen hoy, y que se fueron desglosadas en lo que conocemos como marketing 1.0, 2.0 y 3.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-fases-de-la-evolucion-del-marketing\">3 fases de la evoluci\u00f3n del marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0marketing 1.0\u00a0es aquel que est\u00e1 centrado en el producto y, por lo tanto, las estrategias de mercadotecnia van dirigidas al mismo, el cual busca satisfacer las necesidades f\u00edsicas y funcionales. Para esto, las marcas difunden su publicidad por medios ATL (Above The Line),\u00a0aquellos que conocemos hoy d\u00eda como tradicionales, enti\u00e9ndase Radio, Televisi\u00f3n e impresos. Esto con el objetivo de incrementar las ventas para las empresas, creando as\u00ed un\u00a0marketing unidireccional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marketing-2-0\">Marketing 2.0,\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este se enfoca principalmente en el consumidor y sus necesidades intr\u00ednsecas, el objetivo aqu\u00ed es que las marcas satisfagan las necesidades de un individuo y que se produzca el\u00a0engagement\u00a0con las mismas, no s\u00f3lo se deben preocupar por vender, sino ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1, se deben preocupar por el valor emocional que pueden llegar a generar en el consumidor, le otorgan valor a la persona e interact\u00faan con ella tanto en modos tradicionales como digitales para generar un\u00a0marketing bidireccional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Y por \u00faltimo, la evoluci\u00f3n del marketing nos llev\u00f3 al\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marketing-3-0\"><strong>Marketing 3.0,\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquel que debe estar centrado en los valores de las personas, en su forma de interactuar,\u00a0y en su forma de pensar, para que las marcas puedan innovar en nuevos productos y lanzarlos hacia un segmento o nicho de mercado accionable, bas\u00e1ndose en atributos m\u00e1s personalizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El marketing actual debe ser m\u00e1s humano y sensible al cambio, ya sea pol\u00edtico, econ\u00f3mico o social y emocional, integral y espiritual. La marca deber\u00e1 innovar en las estrategias de mercadotecnia para persuadir a los consumidores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre otros aspectos que lo caracterizan es la relevancia que le van otorgando al medio ambiente, retomando nuevos patrones del Green marketing, para darle forma a un\u00a0marketing hol\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, lleva a comprender la importancia de la evoluci\u00f3n del marketing en la vida. Por ejemplo, d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos vemos bombardeados por anuncios publicitarios por todos lados lleva a tener diferentes motivadores de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte cuando compramos algo vemos, c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 exhibido, c\u00f3mo lo compras, qu\u00e9 precio tiene, c\u00f3mo es su empaque o donde est\u00e1, tambi\u00e9n es\u00a0marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-evolucion\">Evoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta evoluci\u00f3n no implica que una versi\u00f3n u otra sea m\u00e1s importante. Por el contrario, depender\u00e1 de la marca y sus valores la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias, as\u00ed como del conocimiento que se tenga del target. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ah\u00ed la relevancia y apoyo que da la\u00a0<strong>investigaci\u00f3n de mercados,\u00a0<\/strong>que nos permite dar voz al consumidor y escuchar.
