Las actividades espec\u00edficas en cada una de estas variar\u00e1n de acuerdo a cada industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-actividades-primarias\"><strong>Actividades primarias<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1n conformadas por cinco componentes. El objetivo principal de estas es a\u00f1adir valor y crear una <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ventaja_competitiva\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ventaja competitiva<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-logistica-de-entrada\"><strong>1.- Log\u00edstica de entrada<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed se incluyen funciones como recibir, almacenar y gestionar el inventario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-operaciones\"><strong>2.- Operaciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se incorporan aqu\u00ed los procedimientos que la empresa lleva a cabo para convertir las materias primas en productos terminados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-logistica-de-salida\"><strong>3.- Log\u00edstica de salida<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Este componente incluye todas las actividades relacionadas a la distribuci\u00f3n del producto final a los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-marketing-y-ventas\"><strong>4.- Marketing y ventas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluye las estrategias necesarias para mejorar la visibilidad y llegar de forma apropiada a los clientes (a trav\u00e9s de la publicidad, la promoci\u00f3n y la fijaci\u00f3n de precios).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-servicio\"><strong>5.- Servicio<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00faltimo componente comprende programas para mejorar los productos y la experiencia del p\u00fablico (por medio de la atenci\u00f3n al cliente y el mantenimiento, reparaci\u00f3n, reposici\u00f3n o cambio del producto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-actividades-secundarias\"><strong>Actividades secundarias<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.certus.edu.pe\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/actividades-secundarias-componentes-cadena-valor.jpg\" alt=\"actividades secundarias componentes cadena valor\" class=\"wp-image-3896\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Su rol principal es el de aumentar la efectividad de las actividades primarias. Estas son cuatro y cuando incrementas el nivel de cualquiera de ellas, logras beneficiar por lo menos una de las actividades primarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-adquisicion\"><strong>1.- Adquisici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta comprende todas las actividades que la empresa realiza para obtener las materias primas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-desarrollo-tecnologico\"><strong>2.- Desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se lleva a cabo en la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo e incluyen actividades como generar las t\u00e9cnicas y procesos automatizados para el producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-gestion-de-recursos-humanos\"><strong>3.- Gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto implica contratar y retener colaboradores que llevar\u00e1n a cabo de forma eficiente la estrategia de la empresa. Asimismo, estos ayudar\u00e1n a dise\u00f1ar, comercializar y vender el producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-infraestructura\"><strong>4.- Infraestructura<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto incluye los sistemas de la empresa y la composici\u00f3n de tus equipos de administraci\u00f3n (como planeamiento, contabilidad, finanzas y control de calidad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Genial!
