Este modelo contempla el ciclo del cambio dividido en&nbsp;<strong>cuatro etapas que atravesamos al enfrentar procesos de transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es as\u00ed porque&nbsp;<strong>una empresa no se puede transformar sin que las personas que la integran cambien tambi\u00e9n<\/strong>. Ellas tienen que encarnarlo. La curva del cambio se deriva del&nbsp;<a href=\\\"https:\/\/factorhuma.org\/attachments_secure\/article\/420\/c303_cincoetapas.pdf\\\" rel=\\\"noreferrer noopener\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\">modelo K\u00fcbler Ross<\/a>: psic\u00f3loga y psiquiatra del siglo XX que instituy\u00f3 un modelo de cinco etapas en la aceptaci\u00f3n del duelo. En el mundo empresarial se adoptaron<strong>&nbsp;cuatro fases de la curva del cambio<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Negaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Resistencia<\/li><li>Exploraci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Compromiso<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Negaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera etapa de la curva del cambio es la negaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<strong>Ante una transformaci\u00f3n, la primera reacci\u00f3n es de choque y sorpresa<\/strong>.
