Aqu\u00ed es donde radica el inicio y \u00e9xito de todo un proceso de benchmarking y se requiere un an\u00e1lisis detallado para identificar las principales fallas en tus procesos de negocio, determinar c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1n resueltos y qui\u00e9n o qui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n los ejemplos a tener en cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguidamente, esta segunda etapa puede resumirse con la acci\u00f3n de responder: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es toda la informaci\u00f3n que debemos recolectar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Controlar<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tercera etapa precisa de un an\u00e1lisis de la informaci\u00f3n reunida, con el objetivo de hallar las recomendaciones e identificar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para llevarlas a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actuar<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Inmediatamente, se trata de la adaptaci\u00f3n, mejoramiento e implementaci\u00f3n de los facilitadores previamente identificados.
