Cada persona se dirige por distintas circunstancias, por ello deben clasificar las necesidades de cada uno.<\/li><li>Fidelizaci\u00f3n de mercado. Conseguir la compra del usuario en el servicio.  <\/li><li>Atenci\u00f3n a clientes. Mejorar la forma en que se brinda el servicio ofreciendo mas cortes\u00eda y cordialidad. <\/li><li>Mejorar servicios digitales. La era actual debe de estar enfocada en consumidores que buscan los negocios en internet, por lo cual es importante existir en plataformas digitales.<\/li><li>Comunicaci\u00f3n personalizada. Lo que m\u00e1s le agrada a un cliente es que la empresa lo diferencie de los dem\u00e1s como tener una atenci\u00f3n personal.<\/li><li>Toma de acci\u00f3n en situaciones extremas. Debe estar preparada la empresa ante situaciones delicadas para poder tomar decisiones correctas al respecto.<\/li><li>Analizar competencia. Factor clave es considerar la competencia directa, indirecta que existe para poder ofrecer mejoras.<\/li><li>Posicionar a la empresa.
