{"id":7369,"date":"2026-01-22T10:00:28","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T16:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kioongo.com\/marketing\/?p=7369"},"modified":"2026-01-22T13:44:46","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T19:44:46","slug":"las-empresas-y-su-nueva-perspectiva-a-la-normalidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kioongo.com\/marketing\/estrategia-y-posicionamiento-digital\/las-empresas-y-su-nueva-perspectiva-a-la-normalidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Las empresas y su nueva perspectiva a la normalidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios tuvieron las empresas a lo largo de este trayecto?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo continua su rumbo y las empresas deben tener una nueva  perspectiva de las cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos a unos cuantos meses de finalizar este a\u00f1o, y el Covid-19 nos provoc\u00f3 un cambio de manera general y personal.<br>No importa que las cosas se est\u00e1 normalizando es un hecho que ya nada ser\u00e1 como antes, desde nuestra rutina hasta los lugares que solemos visitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un tiempo de cambios y bajas.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien es cierto que el cambio fue necesario, no todos lograron cumplir con este objetivo lo cual ocasion\u00f3 una p\u00e9rdida masiva de empleos y servicios a diferentes lugares.<br>Aunque hubieran sido diferentes factores C\u00f3mo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Econ\u00f3mico.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Social.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Entre otros.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No debemos de ver a las empresas que no lo lograron de mala forma  ya que no todos tuvieron las mismas oportunidades de poderse adaptar de este cambio que surgi\u00f3 de la noche ala ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas m\u00e1s afectadas fueron las m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as o las que apenas estaban arrancando para su sostenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una nueva adaptaci\u00f3n para las empresas. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cifras dadas por encuesta de PNC indican que 8 de cada 10 empresas reportaron haber hecho adaptaciones las dos empresas por el Covid-19 de las cuales fueron las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Cambios de seguridad: <\/strong>El 69% de las empresas logr\u00f3 hacer un cami\u00f3n de seguridad para evitar la mayor cantidad de contagio posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Pol\u00edticas y procedimientos:<\/strong> El 62% tuvo que realizar cambios en sus pol\u00edticas y procedimientos de elaborar las cosas esto no s\u00f3lo se aplic\u00f3 en cuesti\u00f3n de alimentos sino que tuvo que hacerse de manera general como en bancos, hoteles, cines, hospitales, y muchos negocios m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Modificaciones f\u00edsicas<\/strong>: El 57% de las empresas tuvieron que remodelar de manera dr\u00e1stica sus establecimientos para tener un espacio seguro y poder ofrecer bien su servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Trabajo remoto:<\/strong> El 33% tuvo que cambiar su trabajo de forma presencial a manera remota adoptando nuevas tecnolog\u00edas a sus empresas para lograr brindar el servicio con la excelencia habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Los empresarios se est\u00e1n dando cuenta que las cosas no podr\u00e1n ser como antes.
