Otra cosa importante que se debe considerar del cliente es que es su marca, que hace, porque motivo lo hace, su justificaci\u00f3n y su raz\u00f3n de ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"estudio\">Estudio de la situaci\u00f3n actual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las partes m\u00e1s importantes en un <strong>plan de marketing digital<\/strong> es el estudio de la situaci\u00f3n actual; en este se busca conocer el entorno interno y externo en el sector en el que opera el producto o servicio en cuesti\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un an\u00e1lisis; establecido factores demogr\u00e1ficos, econ\u00f3micos, tecnol\u00f3gicos, pol\u00edticos o socioculturales. Al final se debe hacer un esfuerzo para conocer los objetivos que se busca perseguir mediante el plan de marketing digital; y cual es presupuesto con el que se dispone para llevarse a cabo en plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una <strong>investigaci\u00f3n online <\/strong>permite conocer mas a fondo que tan presente esta la marca en el mundo digital; adem\u00e1s que brinda informaci\u00f3n sobre la competencia que puede ser \u00fatil a la hora de construir estrategias que funcionen. Algunas formas de medir la presencia en l\u00ednea y el comportamiento de la competencia son isitas diarias y mensuales, tr\u00e1fico directo, org\u00e1nico y de pago, tasa de rebote, p\u00e1ginas indexadas, n\u00famero de backlinks, n\u00famero de fans y followers, nivel de engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"objetivos\">Definir objetivos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez realizada toda la investigaci\u00f3n y sabiendo de donde se va a partir se establecen los objetivos; que se deber\u00e1n cumplir a llevar a cabo el plan de marketing. Los objetivos se dividen en dos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>objetivos de negocio <\/strong>son metas econ\u00f3micas y medibles a corto plazo como la facturaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o o la cuta del mercado. Sirven para determinar la viabilidad del negocio, dependiendo si se cumplen o no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>objetivos de marketing <\/strong>permiten alcanzar los objetivos de negocio; entre estos objetivos se encuentran el aumentar el trafico a la web median te SEO o SEM y captar leads. Para estos objetivos se recomienda basarlos en los criterios SMART (Espec\u00edficos, Medibles, Alcanzables, Realistas y Temporalmente acotados). Para ver como se han comportado o si se han cumplido estos objetivos se puede utilizar un Dashboard que permite un control diario, semanal, mensual o anual; seg\u00fan se requiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"estrategia\">La estrategia y las t\u00e1cticas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cumplir los objetivos que se han planteado, se debe establecer <strong>una estrategia, <\/strong>que se compone de un conjunto de acciones para desarrollar los objetivos; y <strong>las t\u00e1cticas<\/strong> son las que m\u00e1s trabajo conlleva; porque son la forma y el m\u00e9todo de realizar las tareas.
