Las marcas que trabajan la t\u00e9cnica del Storytelling, integran la historia de su empresa en sus estrategias, sus objetivos, su cultura, su misi\u00f3n y los valores que representan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una estrategia de marketing, esta t\u00e9cnica puede ser muy efectiva, si logramos dar con la tecla y&nbsp;<strong>captar la atenci\u00f3n de nuestro target<\/strong>, nuestro usuario ideal y transmitirle emociones. Las ventajas que ofrece el Storytelling son enormes: genera confianza, humaniza nuestra marca y adem\u00e1s permanece en el recuerdo. Y, si adem\u00e1s trazamos una buena estrategia transmedia, lograremos llegar a todo nuestro p\u00fablico que se encuentra en las diferentes plataformas sociales,&nbsp;que adem\u00e1s lo har\u00e1 viral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Anclaje2\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo aplicar el arte de contar historias en el marketing digital?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conocer la empresa a la perfecci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Debemos conocer la historia, la cultura, los valores, la visi\u00f3n y la misi\u00f3n de la empresa sobre la que queremos trabajar nuestro relato. Tener claro tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;<strong>d\u00f3nde y de qu\u00e9 forma lo vamos a distribuir,<\/strong>&nbsp;porque poco importa una gran historia si no hay posibilidad de transmitirla. Las empresas deben reinventarse y hacer lo propio con sus estrategias, para mantener sus cuentas a salvo. <strong><em>\u00abEl secreto del \u00e9xito de una marca se basa en el relato que comunica\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> -Laurence Vicent autora de \u00abLegendary Brands\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crear impacto en el usuario<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los temas a contar deben transmitir sensaciones. Nuestra historia debe activar su imaginaci\u00f3n y llegarle de tal forma que tenga la necesidad de compartirla. El Storytelling debe estar dentro de un plan de contenidos preestablecido, con  objetivos debidamente marcados. Debe ser compartido en redes sociales, como&nbsp;Twitter&nbsp;o&nbsp;Facebook, para as\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>permitir la interacci\u00f3n y lograr engagement<\/strong>. Logrando construir relaciones s\u00f3lidas y duraderas con nuestros usuarios, para finalmente lograr su fidelizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es necesario medir nuestras acciones con las herramientas necesarias. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, tener en cuenta los intervalos en los que contamos algo a nuestros usuarios. Debemos seguir una l\u00ednea de tiempo continua y planificada, en la que trabajar para lograr nuestro objetivo:&nbsp;<strong>captar la atenci\u00f3n del usuario<\/strong>. Llega por tanto, la era del Brand Story, en contraposici\u00f3n al Brand Image (logotipo), donde se centraban todas las estrategias de publicidad y marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Anclaje3\"><strong>Elementos principales para crear un buen Storytelling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dise\u00f1ar un Storytelling no es lo mismo que escribir un simple relato cualquiera. Ya sea que utilicemos un v\u00eddeo, un articulo de un blog,&nbsp;una nota de prensa&nbsp;o cualquier otro tipo de formato, al crearlo debemos&nbsp;<strong>tener en cuenta una serie de pautas imprescindibles<\/strong>, para que nuestra estrategia triunfe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-bc6cd246-7efa-457a-8a5e-41792253a4e6\"><li>Este tipo de relato est\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>vinculado con un target<\/strong>&nbsp;que previamente hemos determinado, lo que har\u00e1 que sientan conexi\u00f3n con nuestra marca.<\/li><li>Un buen relato de tipo Storytelling hace que&nbsp;<strong>el receptor participe de su significado<\/strong>, implic\u00e1ndose con el mismo.<\/li><li>Una vez que el receptor se implica,&nbsp;<strong>establece un v\u00ednculo<\/strong>. Para ello, usaremos los arquetipos con los que \u00e9stos se puedan sentir identificados.<\/li><li>Elegir la&nbsp;<strong>estructura del texto<\/strong>. Lo normal es usar una estructura sintetizante, es decir: presentaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y desenlace.<\/li><li>Establecer un&nbsp;<strong>punto de partida,<\/strong>&nbsp;en el que se tenga claro qu\u00e9 se desea contar y por qu\u00e9.<\/li><li>Seleccionar&nbsp;<strong>el estilo y el tono<\/strong>&nbsp;con el que nos vamos a dirigir a nuestro p\u00fablico.<\/li><li>La funci\u00f3n del relato es&nbsp;<strong>atraer usuarios<\/strong>, mantener su atenci\u00f3n y fidelizarlos a los contenidos de valor, la narraci\u00f3n debe producir emociones en el receptor del mensaje.
